Rhinebeck Soccer Club
Although the concept of RSC providing a scholarship to local high school seniors was initially conceived years earlier, in 2013, RSC officially established the “Rhinebeck Soccer Club Scholarship Program” as a means of recognizing two graduating Rhinebeck High School student-athletes for both their contributions to RSC’s athletic community and their performance in the classroom. The scholarship is awarded to individuals who display the principles, dedication, sacrifice, and commitment necessary to excel in the classroom and on the field.
Under this program, recipients will be awarded an undergraduate college scholarship up to $1,000.00 in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement and potential for success in their undergraduate college studies, as well as the student’s contributions to RSC’s athletic community, acceptance to an accredited educational institution, a writing sample, letters of recommendation, in-person interviews, and their GPA and class ranking.
